MSH Portable Appliance Testing Services is a small family run business with fully qualified and insured engineers, who pride themselves on a fast, professional and friendly service and aim to treat all customer needs on an individual basis that is tailored to suit your business not ours.
Not only do we offer a minimum of disruption whilst carrying out your portable appliance testing, we can also offer an out of hours service if required so that there is no disruption to your business what so ever.
Our aim at MSH Portable Appliance Testing Services is to enable you to implement a satisfactory testing programme at a realistic price. We provide full inspection and tagging, data log and certificate of testing.
PAT Testing affects every organisation regardless of size. The current UK law states that all electrical appliances that are used by any employee or the general public, has to be tested for safe working order and functionality on a regular basis, this is checked by two main bodies, the Fire Officers and Insurance Companies, and they can insist on seeing documental evidence that annual testing is being carried out. Failure to do so could result in the Insurance Companies refusing to pay out or a heavy fine if anything should go wrong.
We are able to test an array of different voltage appliances which include 240v, 110v, 12v and 415v 3 Phase and there is no minimum or maximum quantities that we test, from very small companies to large corporations.
